Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of rosae.in and the booking of private theaters operated by QUANTELLOVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Definitions

  • "Rosae", "we", "us" — Quantelloventures Private Limited
  • "Customer", "you" — the person making the booking
  • "Booking", "Reservation" — a confirmed slot at a Rosae private theater
  • "Advance" — the online payment (amount shown at checkout, varies by theater) that confirms a booking
  • "Balance" — the remaining slot price plus GST due at the venue
  • "Slot" — one of the five fixed daily 3-hour windows

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older to make a booking.
  • You must provide accurate name, phone, and email at the time of booking.
  • Bookings made for a minor must be supervised by an adult throughout the slot.
  • We may ask the lead booker for a government photo ID at check-in to confirm they are 18 or older. We only look at the ID to verify age and the booking name — we do not scan, copy, or store it, in line with our privacy policy.
  • Bookings by couples are for adults aged 18 and over only. Guests under 18 are welcome only as part of a group or family booking with an adult present.
  • We may decline entry, without a refund, if the lead booker cannot confirm they are 18 or older.

The booking process

  • Bookings can be created online at rosae.in, by WhatsApp, or by call.
  • The advance (shown at checkout) is required to confirm.
  • Confirmation is delivered by SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Balance payment is due at the venue before the slot starts (cash, UPI, or card).
  • The slot is reserved exclusively for the booking party — no shared seating.
  • Five fixed slots run daily: 10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm, 4pm–7pm, 7pm–10pm, 10pm–1am.

Pricing & payments

  • Slot price varies per theater and guest count — see the individual theater pages.
  • All prices include GST.
  • Rosae does not store card details. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment gateway.
  • Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

In summary (full detail on the refund policy page):

  • Refunds: 10+ days = full / 7–10 days = 60% / 5–7 days = 30% / less than 5 days = nil
  • Rescheduling: less than 24 hours = not allowed / 2–5 days = 20% charge / 5–7 days = 15% charge / more than 7 days = free
  • No-shows forfeit the advance and the slot.

Customer responsibilities at the venue

  • Bring your own OTT account (Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc). Rosae does not provide accounts or content.
  • You are responsible for whatever you cast or play on the screen. Please only screen content you are legally entitled to watch — from your own OTT accounts or other lawful sources — never anything pirated, unlicensed, or prohibited under Indian law. We provide the room and the equipment, not the content; if we become aware that unlawful content is being shown, we may stop the screening and end the slot without a refund.
  • Bring your own device for casting. Laptops via HDMI and pendrives are not supported.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the theaters — please order snacks and beverages from our in-theatre menu.
  • Outside cakes are not permitted; we arrange your celebration cake on request when you book.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the theaters.
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the theaters.
  • Illegal drugs and other banned substances are not permitted anywhere on Rosae premises. If any guest brings, uses, or is under the influence of illegal substances, we may end the slot immediately without a refund and, where the law requires, involve the authorities.
  • Damage to furniture, electronics, or fixtures is chargeable at replacement cost.
  • Please do not reconfigure, unplug, or modify the projector, screen, sound system, or wiring — if something isn’t right, tell our team and we’ll sort it for you. If equipment is damaged or knocked out of calibration because it was tampered with, the repair or recalibration cost is chargeable.
  • Normal party mess is completely fine — that’s what the slot is for. But if the theater is left needing deep cleaning beyond the usual turnaround — heavy spills, scattered food, or waste left behind — a cleaning fee may apply. Please bin large waste and take your belongings with you when you leave.
  • Late arrival eats into your slot — we close on time so the next booking can start on time.
  • Please wrap up and vacate the theater by the end of your slot. If your group overstays, we may apply a pro-rated charge for the extra time, subject to availability.

Rosae's responsibilities

  • Provide the booked theater for the full slot duration.
  • Maintain working AC, screen, sound, and seating.
  • Keep washrooms clean and accessible.
  • Notify the customer at least 12 hours in advance if a theater is unavailable for any reason, and offer either a same-day alternative theater or a full refund.

CCTV and security

For safety and security, the entrance and common waiting areas at our venues are monitored by CCTV. To protect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the private theater rooms themselves. Any footage is kept only as long as needed for security and is shared only with the authorities on a valid legal request.

Limitation of liability

  • Rosae is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Rosae’s maximum liability for any booking is capped at the amount paid for that booking.
  • Rosae is not liable for personal property left at the venue.
  • Acts of god, civic disruption, power failure, and similar events are excluded.
  • Rosae keeps its theaters safe and well-maintained, but you take part in your celebration at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Rosae is not responsible for personal injury or illness on the premises unless it results from our proven negligence. Please supervise children at all times, follow our team’s safety instructions, and tell staff straight away about any spill, fault, or hazard.
  • If a claim is brought against Rosae because of something you or your guests did during your booking — for example damage, injury to others, or content you chose to screen — you agree to cover Rosae’s reasonable resulting costs. This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

Intellectual property

  • The Rosae brand, logo, photographs, and website content are the property of Quantelloventures Private Limited.
  • Customer photos taken at the venue may be re-shared on Rosae social channels with credit, unless the customer opts out at the time of booking.

User-generated content

  • Reviews, ratings, and photos posted by customers must be truthful.
  • Rosae reserves the right to remove abusive, defamatory, or copyrighted content.

Account and login

Optional account features (login, profile, booking history) carry standard SaaS terms — no auto-renewal and no recurring charges.

Modifications to terms

We may update these terms — changes take effect when published. Material changes will be communicated by email or WhatsApp.

Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
