Our story
Rosae started with a simple concept: renting your own space — a room that's yours for the evening, to do with as you like.
Today that idea lives as nine private theatres in a single building on Jyothi Nivas College Road in Koramangala, Bengaluru. People book a room to watch movies and series on a big screen, celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, or just spend an evening that feels handmade. New locations are on the way in Electronic City and Yelahanka.
The segment is space rental; the product is the experience — that is the goal we keep building toward. Rosae is self-funded, started in 2024, and run by a small team that ships and iterates. Trust is built in small choices, like the low advance at checkout: enough to confirm a slot, small enough that you don't think twice. The rest is settled at the venue, once you've seen the room for yourself.

No pushy upselling.
Decorations, cakes and other add-ons are there if you want them, never forced. Skip them entirely, or let us help arrange them — your call.
No hidden fees.
Your bill is the slot price plus tax. The small advance shown at checkout is all you pay online; the balance is settled at the venue.
No lock-ins.
Reschedule for free up to seven days before your slot. Plans change — we get it.
