Content policy

This policy explains what you can and cannot post in connection with Rosae, and how we handle content. It works alongside our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

What this covers

This Content Policy applies to anything you post or submit in connection with Rosae — reviews and ratings, photographs and videos, messages to our team, and posts that tag or mention Rosae on social media.

Your content

  • You keep ownership of the content you create.
  • By posting it to or about Rosae, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote that content in connection with our services — for example, showing your review on a theater page.
  • You confirm the content is yours to share and does not breach anyone else’s rights.

What is not allowed

Do not post content that:

  • Is unlawful, or promotes illegal activity
  • Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
  • Is sexually explicit or obscene
  • Infringes someone’s copyright, trademark, or privacy
  • Shares another person’s personal information without consent
  • Is spam, advertising, or solicitation
  • Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity
  • Could endanger or exploit a minor

Separately, rules about what you may screen or play inside your private theater are covered in our terms and conditions — in short, only lawfully obtained content, never pirated or illegal material.

Reviews

  • Reviews must reflect a genuine booking experience.
  • Do not post fake, incentivised, or second-hand reviews, or misleading and defamatory claims.
  • We do not edit the substance of honest reviews, whether positive or negative.

Photos at the venue

  • You are welcome to take personal photos and videos in your private theater.
  • Please respect the privacy of anyone who is not in your group.
  • As noted in our terms, photos you share publicly or tag us in may be re-shared on Rosae channels with credit, unless you opt out at the time of booking.

Moderation & removal

  • We do not pre-screen everything, but we may review and remove content that breaks this policy.
  • We may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.
  • Where the law requires, we cooperate with valid requests from authorities.

Reporting content

To report content that violates this policy, email [email protected] (or [email protected] for unresolved concerns). Tell us what the content is and why it is a problem; we respond within 7 days.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when published.
