## How booking works

1. Browse theaters at /book-your-private-theatre and pick one.
2. Pick a date on the calendar and a 3-hour session.
3. Press Reserve → enter name + WhatsApp number (no account creation needed).
4. Pay the deposit via Razorpay (UPI / cards / netbanking). The session is held for 10 minutes while you pay; if you abandon, the slot releases automatically.
5. Confirmation is sent on WhatsApp + email. Pre-order food from an upcoming booking (opens our food site food.rosae.in), or scan the QR at your theater to order in-venue.

## Common questions

**Can we bring outside food?** No, but in-theater F&B can be pre-ordered from an upcoming booking via our food site (food.rosae.in) or by scanning the QR at your theater.
**Can we bring our own content (laptop, phone, USB)?** Yes — all theaters support Apple TV and / or Android TV mirroring.
**Is there a minimum age?** Couples under 18 are not permitted to book a private theater.
**Alcohol or smoking?** Not permitted inside.
**Refund?** Yes within the cancellation window — see /refund-policy for the exact cut-off.
